We are looking for a project leader to lead our research team to focus on the research and application of mRNA display technology.
Our research directions include but are not limited to: using mRNA display technology to construct various antibody libraries, peptide libraries and protein libraries, carry out directed evolution and screening of target molecules, develop drug lead compounds for different targets and functional properties, and develop diagnostic testing reagents and tools in different research fields.
In order to successfully provide high-quality services to our customers, candidates should have relevant experience in in vitro display technology (such as phage display technology) research or high-throughput sequencing.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage research teams, design and operate related projects based on mRNA display technology to meet customer needs.
Perform experiments, troubleshooting, data collection and data analysis according to all applicable regulatory standards and safety standards and form project reports.
Promote project progress and control project cycle to ensure timely delivery of results required by customers without affecting quality.
Qualifications
PhD in biochemistry, biophysics, structural biology or related discipline with postdoctoral training and relevant professional experience (preferred).
A minimum of 1 year of working experience in a drug research and development company or a drug high-throughput screening research institution.
Proficient in research on in vitro display technology, especially the use of random DNA libraries to construct multiple molecular libraries for target screening and molecular evolution in a cell-free system; master the analysis mechanism of protein interactions, and have rich protein structure design and analysis experience.
Experienced in the use of specialized laboratory equipment, and capable of planning, performing and troubleshooting scientific experiments.
Excellent ability to find and solve problems, and promote project development.
Proficient in communication and written expression.
