Construction Process of mRNA Display Peptide Library

  1. Obtain effective sequence information from natural peptides or design a random DNA library.
  2. Prepare the elements needed to construct the mRNA display antibody library template, including T7 promoter, translation enhancer, translation start codon and other sequences.
  3. mRNA display peptide library was obtained by in vitro transcription and translation.
  4. The mRNA/cDNA-peptide complex library was obtained by reverse transcription for further screening.
